[Women's Cross Country] Seven Warriors Named KCAC Women's Cross Country Scholar AthletesPublished by
WICHITA, Kan. – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) is pleased to announce 42 women's cross country student-athletes have been named 2016-17 KCAC Scholar-Athletes. Eleven conference institutions are represented with Sterling College leading the way with seven student-athletes recognized. The group consists of 23 student-athletes from Kansas, 16 seniors, 16 juniors, and 10 sophomores. Madison Caffrey, Jennifer Calderwood, Renee Lanham, Lacey Buckwalter, Lora Bebermeyer, Abigail Reed, and Anna Kuns made the list for the Lady Warriors. Student-athletes must have sophomore standing at the start of the sport season, maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.333 on a 4.0 scale, and letter in their sport.
